GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The short courses will be held in person at the Expo Center Norte Convention Center in São Paulo on October 20, 21, and 22, 2026, in accordance with the published schedule.

Registration must be completed in advance and exclusively via the online registration system by filling out the form and following the registration instructions.

Registrations submitted via email or made in person at the event venue will not be accepted.

Before completing your registration, please verify your chosen option. Each participant may register for only one of the available short courses.

The short course is free, and space is limited! Selected students will receive confirmation via their registered email.

The registration period will be from September 9 to October 16, 2026.

Entry to the room will be permitted starting 30 minutes before the short course begins.

Access to the classroom requires the presentation of a badge, which must be collected at the event registration desk. We recommend arriving early to allow time for badge pickup.

Students will be entitled to a certificate issued by AESabesp. The document will be sent within one week after the event concludes.
