Fenasan 2026 Party Regulations
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Date: October 21, 2026 (Wednesday)
• Time: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Venue: High Club São Paulo – Rua João Rudge, 115, Casa Verde – São Paulo/SP (10 minutes from Expo Center Norte)
• Format: Exclusive party for the sanitation sector, featuring an open bar, complimentary snacks, and musical entertainment.
• Access: Official party wristband required.
ACQUISITION
• Sales will begin on July 29, 2026, exclusively in digital format.• If the participant is not registered for the Congress or the Trade Fair, they will be directed to complete the basic Fenasan registration before purchasing a ticket for the party.
• To complete the purchase, you will need to specify your category and T-shirt size:
o Category (AESabesp Member, Conference Attendee, Exhibitor, Party Sponsor, or FENASAN Visitor)
o T-shirt sizes: P, M, G, GG, XG, XXG, 3XG, 4XG.If the ticket is purchased after September 30, size G will be the default selection.
• Purchases will be made individually.
• Tickets will be sold in batches: the 1st batch comprising 300 units, the 2nd batch 200 units, the 3rd batch 200 units, and the 4th batch 200 units, totaling 900 tickets; this total may be reduced depending on sponsorship sales.
EVENT ACCESS
• The official party wristband serves as the ticket.• Wearing the wristband is mandatory for entry to the event.
• Tickets cannot be purchased at the event entrance.
TICKET PICKUP
• The official wristband and invitation T-shirt must be collected exclusively at the FENASAN accreditation desk, located at the entrance to Expo Center Norte, during the first two days of FENASAN 2026. The location and times for collection are: the FENASAN and AESabesp Technical Meeting accreditation desk, located at the entrance to the Green Pavilion of Expo Center Norte (Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333, Vila Guilherme), from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on October 20 and from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on October 21.• Lost wristbands and T-shirts will not be replaced.
• An official photo ID must be presented for pickup.
• T-shirts will not be available for pickup or purchase at the event venue (High Club São Paulo).
REFUNDS AND NOTES
• No refunds will be issued after purchase.• It will be possible to request a payment receipt in the name of an individual.
