The 37th AESabesp Technical Meeting will be held in person at the Expo Center Norte Convention Center in São Paulo on October 20, 21, and 22, 2026. Registration—whether in advance or on-site—must be completed and paid for via the registration system, in accordance with the current rates published on the website. Registrations sent via email will not be accepted; the online registration system must be used. Before registering online, please verify your chosen category, as well as all provided information and the necessary supporting documentation. It is important to provide an email address and mobile phone number for direct contact with the participant.

Individuals with up-to-date annual membership fees with AESabesp may register as members. Upon registration, the system will identify members via their CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID). Applicable only to participants currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies. Proof of enrollment issued by the educational institution—bearing a signature and an expiration date—or a student ID card valid through 2026 must be presented at congress registration. Failure to provide such proof will require the attendee to pay the difference in the registration fee.

Eligibility extends to professionals currently teaching at recognized public or private educational institutions at any level. To validate eligibility, the presentation of at least one of the following documents is mandatory: an official staff ID or institutional document proving active employment, a recent statement from the educational institution issued within the last 60 days, a recent pay stub identifying the institution, or an employment record in the official work booklet (Carteira de Trabalho) listing the position as teacher. The benefit is personal and non-transferable, and the organization reserves the right to request additional proof at any time. If eligibility cannot be verified, the participant must pay the difference to cover the cost of the ticket for the appropriate category.

Eligibility extends to individuals receiving retirement benefits through the official social security system, whether via the INSS or specific public sector pension schemes. To validate eligibility, the presentation of at least one of the following documents is mandatory: a retirement grant letter, a social security benefit statement, recent proof of benefit receipt, or a document issued by the competent social security authority. The benefit is personal and non-transferable, and the organization reserves the right to request additional proof at any time. If eligibility cannot be verified, the participant must pay the difference to cover the ticket price for the corresponding category.

Registration fees may be paid via credit card, bank slip, PIX, or official purchase order (nota de empenho); a corresponding receipt will be issued for the payment, itemized in accordance with Consultation Ruling SF/DEJUG No. 5 of February 9, 2022, which states: "[...] activities, when proven to be devoid of economic interests, fall outside the scope of the ISS tax and, therefore, no NFS-e [Electronic Service Invoice] should be issued for them." AESabesp is a non-profit civil association that offers professional development courses and training—on a non-profit basis—aiming to fulfill its statutory objectives of promoting culture and professional advancement to contribute to the sanitation and environmental sectors.

Requests will only be accepted via email to congressos@nm-brasil.com.br, with a copy to financeiro@aesabesp.org.br, no later than September 18, 2026 (30 days prior to the event); a 30% deduction from the amount paid will be applied to cover costs, and proof of payment must be attached to the request.

Requests must be made via email (congressos@nm-brasil.com.br) by submitting a notice on company letterhead, signed and including the full names of the participants making the substitution. The substitution will be made within the same registration category. Should a change in category be required, the price difference—based on the rates in effect at the time—will be charged.
